1. Who we are

Averdonchats, Inc. (Sacramento, CA, United States) provides AI-powered customer support software. For data submitted through this website we act as the data controller. For conversations processed inside our platform on behalf of a business customer, that customer is the controller and we act as their processor.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact details you send us, such as your name, email address and company.
  • Message content you choose to include when writing to our team.
  • Basic technical data from your visit: browser type, approximate region, pages viewed and referring links.
  • Conversation data processed for our business customers, according to their settings and instructions.

3. Why we use it

  • To answer enquiries and arrange demonstrations of the product.
  • To provide, maintain and improve the service our customers pay for.
  • To keep the platform secure and to investigate misuse.
  • To meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the platform — hosting, communications, analytics and AI model providers — under contracts that restrict their use of it, and with authorities where the law requires.

5. Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept while it is useful for the relationship and then removed. Conversation data is kept for the retention period configured by the business customer. Backups are cycled out on a rolling schedule.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, a copy in portable form, or restriction of certain processing. California residents may also opt out of the sharing of personal information; we do not sell it in any case. Write to support@averdonchats.com and we will respond within the period the law allows.

7. Cookies

This website uses only the cookies and local storage needed to serve pages and remember basic preferences. We do not run advertising trackers here.
