Averdonchats, Inc. is headquartered in Sacramento, California. We make software that lets small teams answer customers with the speed of a large one.
Our mission
We started Averdonchats after watching capable support teams spend most of their day retyping the same five answers. Our mission is simple: take the repetitive part of customer service off people's plates, so the human hours go to the customers who really need them.
The product is an AI support agent that learns a company's own documentation, replies on the website and in messaging apps, completes routine tasks such as order lookups, and passes anything unusual to a member of staff with the full context attached.
Who we work with
Online shops, subscription services, travel and logistics operators, clinics, schools and B2B software companies — anywhere a small support team faces more incoming messages than it can comfortably read.
We are a private company funded by our customers, and we onboard every account personally rather than leaving people alone with a signup form.
